Christopher Edmund "Chris" Kirkland (born 2 May 1981 in Barwell, Leicestershire) is an English football goalkeeper. He currently plays for Wigan Athletic in the Premier League. He has been Wigan's first choice goalkeeper since joining them in July 2006 on a six-month loan deal, which was made permanent on 27 October later that year. (via Wikipedia)
